For every investment there is detailed information including estimated length of the investment, estimated annual return, asset and security information and full details of the investment documentation. You can view full financials, photos, appraisals, and documents related to that project all on one page.

  • Finalize Your Investment Digitally

    As soon as you’re ready to invest, hit the ‘Invest now’ button and enter the amount you would like to invest. You can easily and securely E-sign legal paperwork online and submit payment for your investment via check or wire using our secure third party secure escrow service. The whole process takes just a few minutes.

  • Wait For The Funding Process To Complete

    Before we can finalize your investment, the full amount for the investment opportunity you have chosen must be reached. CrowdVenture will keep you up to date via email and your investor dashboard with details of funds that have been raised – if the investment is oversubscribed, the first investors who have funded their portion of the investment will have priority.

  • Monitor Your Portfolio And Earn Returns

    Stay updated on the performance of your investments and easily access tax documents via your personalized dashboard. Interest and earnings that your investment has earned will automatically be transferred to your bank account.
